personality:
"I don't know what to say. I don't really like talking about myself like this.
I feel like I'm very easy-going and laid back. I love to just vegg out and just talk with my friends and take it easy, you know, enjoy what we have. All my friends claim I'm their little 'secret keeper'. I guess in a way their right, but I don't think of it as keeping secrets.. It's more just of people easily confiding in me.
I'm also a very fun-loving and adventurous person. One of my favorite thing that we used to do was whenever we got bored late night, and my friends were hungry, instead of using food in the kitchen we'd go joyriding and buy IN N OUT. My mom hated that. She always yelled at me when we would get back but it was so totally worth it. There's nothing better than just letting loose and having fun. Finally, I would say that I am.. Silly. I'm just 18 years old. I don't think I've fully matured yet. I still have that silly sense of humor... Oh, and I'm open minded. I'm pretty smart too. I'm protective and humble.. and a total perfectionist.
Is it dumb that I'm saying this stuff? I feel conceded."
Rea has a very mixed personality, 'Deep' describes her a little bit. She's very giving for one, the type of person to walk into a restaurant, buy a dinner to go and give it to the homeless man outside. She tries to always think of others before herself, though sometimes she does have selfish thoughts. Another trait is that Rea is very determined, and always has been. She's so determined that she's almost stubborn. If it's a class to pass, a trick on a surfboard, she'll try her hardest to do it and do it right (in the case of the boy it's get it and get it right). She's always finding herself staring at a hard situation and contemplating on how to defeat it, put it under her belt of 'thing's i've accomplished'.
Rea is in fact a very loving person, and not in the sexual way. When she has a boyfriend she is devoted, though boyfriends are rare to her, and she is the same way with friends. She'll be a friends side no matter what, and shit talking is on the list of things to never do. Unlike how she used to be, she now thinks before she speaks. Even when the friend has turned her back on her, she likes to feel like she will always be there for that person.
To say the least, Rea is pretty intellectual. In high school she was stuck in AP classes, some even in her sophomore year.. She has always been a bookworm and had good study habits since she was a huge geek before high school. She knows that people judge her differently though, but she understands. She'd probably do the same. The brunette isn't one that goes around talking about her grades though.
Rea is very very adventurous, and fun-loving. If it's fun she will do it, no matter what. She's broken the law and not been caught so she never minds doing it all over again. That was the great thing about it, she was never paranoid. One of her most favorite habits was pool crashing, and taking late night joy rides to Taco Bell. These things though she would have friends with to do, she'd never do them alone. She's a silly person, the type of girl who make a goofy joke and make a funny face.
Rea is also a perfectionist on everything, especially her art and herself. She works out a lot just to get her body the way she wants it. Her artwork is one of the things that if she messes up she scraps it, even if it is 99 percent done. It comes from her geeky side.
now, now darling oh don't lose your head ,,
hometown: Los Angeles Caliornia.
history:
"I don't really like to talk about my past that much. I'm California born, and have lived in Los Angeles my whole life.. There wasn't a day when I wasn't at the beach or living up the seaside life. I grew up in this town called Hermosa Beach, which is like 20 minutes from LAX. My little brother and I always caused trouble around there and I have to say it was mostly my fault. I was never a good influence. I hung out at the beach all day and surfed and skated and hung out up in Venice with beach rats (thats when I was in my tattoo phase and got all my tatts). I was being a teenager, but I grew out of it. I still go down to Venice with old friends sometimes and we'll sit and play guitar and sing for money with the vendors. I do some graffiti artwork down there whenever I possibly can just because it's the only place I possibly can other than the railroad tracks.
I miss my hometown but I love it here. They're similar in a way.. But home will always be home.
My parents and I never got along much but since they're both alcoholics I guess it's where I get my tolerance. They dropped me with my brother when I turned eighteen. Really I don't mind much except for the money problem. I have to work my ass off just to get rent, much more to feed a hungry and needy little brother. They send me a couple hundred a month but still. I'm happy I'm out and away from them, it's a good thing that they're back in LA and I’m here."

roleplay sample:
People always think of Los Angelos as the city of oppourtunities.. but to a person who grows up in the area Los angelos is nothing more than home. Even for Rea she could never imagine herself leaving California. It was the only place she knew. She lived in her simple apartment with a city veiw and liked her beachside days where she'd bake in the sun before scoping the surf. She was a classic californian, though missing the bleach blonde hair. No, not all Californians are blondes. The brunette had woken up that day and decided to visit The Getty before heading around town. She liked to visit the art museum just for inspiration. She'd sit there and read a script. It was an hour drive but yet was worth it. On her way back she drove around LA, finding herself thirsting for some hot tea. Her throat felt even drier as she passed by men with cameras, people who were looking for a celebrity to spot. Rea didn't hate the paparazzi..
She just was annoyed by them. Most were friendly, but some were nosy and somewhat of pervs, especially to a pretty model. The twenty-two year old groaned, avoiding the small mass of people as they surged towards a store entrance, obviously spotting prey. She gnawed on her bottom lip, stepping on the brake of her favorite navy blue 65' Shelby Cobra Mustang. It was dream car she never expected to actually own. The stop light seemed to linger, because when a car next to her pulled up and started yelling her name she simply laughed and waved and decided on turning. She swerved into the opposite lane and took a sharp turn before finding a somewhat quiet looking coffee shop. Perfect.
The girl checked her face in the mirror out of habit, making sure her smokey eyes were still smokey and that her eyeliner hadn't faded. Her hair was curled and styled in it's normal way, the locks of soft dark brown falling mid back. She was dressed in a cream colored lace and chiffon tube top that flowed slightly, giving her chest somewhat of a push. Her leather bomber jacket was thrown over in an attempt to harden the somewhat sweet looking top. That morning she had struggled to fit into the True religion dark navy skinny jeans, basically jumping around her room for a little while; the tighter the better. Rea strode into the coffee shop, glad that she didn't have to hide her face behind her black raybans which she now tucked onto her sweetheart neck-lined top. Rea absentmindedly spun the keys to her car on her finger, her blue gaze taking in every single thing it possibly could as she looked around. She settled in line, eyeing the pastry cabinet.
The brunette was a little bit spacey when she tried to move forward and accidently stepped on her own sandal, causing herself to fall forward a bit, bumping a young man. Clumsy was something Rea used to describe herself sometimes, but that was something that rarely happened to her. She just actually tripped on her own feet.
